Hello everyone,

My name is Marcela Macias. I was born in El Paso but I have lived here in Odessa for 10 years.  I have been in education for 12 years.  Of those 8 years, I was an AVID teacher.  I would like to continue to influence the growth mindset of all students.  I truly believe  that everyone has the potential to achieve their goals in life with guidance and encouragement and that is what I want for all Noel students.
